Commercial Disputes and Arbitration
  • Representing the Claimant in international commercial arbitration proceedings against a NASDAQ-listed entity
  • Representing the Defendant in a trademark infringement suit before the High Court of Delhi
  • Representing the Plaintiff in a commercial suit for recovery of approximately INR 88 lakhs before the New Delhi District Court, Patiala House
  • Represented an Indian citizen in three petitions under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Supreme Court, arising out of an international commercial arbitration against a NASDAQ-listed entity
  • Represented parties in a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the High Court of Delhi
  • Appointed by the High Court of Delhi as Local Commissioner in a trademark infringement suit instituted by an NSE-listed pharmaceutical company
Corporate and Insolvency
  • Representing the Operational Creditor in insolvency proceedings before the NCLAT, in a matter arising in the airline industry
  • Represented the Corporate Debtor, a supplier of polyethylene and petrochemical goods, before the NCLT Chennai in a company petition filed by an Operational Creditor
Advisory Matters
  • Advised on a proposed equity investment, including the memorandum of understanding and term sheet
  • Advised an early-stage company on pre-seed financing documentation, including SAFE instruments and a facility agreement
  • Advised a technology company on a customer services agreement
  • Advised a technology company on non-disclosure agreements
  • Advised a metals manufacturer on a non-disclosure agreement
  • Advised an education services provider on its commercial agreements
  • Advised a Tamil Nadu based production company in disputes with a digital media company arising out of a production agreement
  • Advised a recording artist on an artist agreement with a global music label
  • Advised a client on copyright infringement by an audio-streaming platform, including the legal notice and related proceedings before the High Court of Delhi
  • Advised on a copyright opinion concerning educational textbook content
  • Advised on trademark classification
  • Advised an agri-technology company in a dispute arising out of a term sheet and asset sale agreement, including settlement documentation and a reply to notice
  • Advised an agri-technology company on a payment dispute with an engineering supplier, and drafted the legal notice
  • Advised a charitable trust on the scope of trustees’ powers in relation to a school
  • Advised on a sale deed for residential property

  • Representing candidates of the Staff Selection Commission’s Combined Graduate Level Examination (Audits and Accounts Officer) in a challenge to the cancellation of vacancies, before the High Court of Delhi
  • Representing candidates of the Staff Selection Commission’s Combined Graduate Level Examination in a challenge to the application of the normalisation process, before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench
  • Representing candidates of the Staff Selection Commission’s Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination in a challenge to the application of the reservation policy
  • Representing a probationer of the Indian Forest Service in proceedings challenging the allocation of cadre, before the Central Administrative Tribunal
  • Advising direct recruit officers of the Indian Forest Service on a challenge to the en masse promotion of State Forest Service officers to the IFoS
  • Briefed to appear for an Assistant Superintendent of Posts in a challenge to the application of the promotion policy (seniority of direct recruits and promotees)
  • Briefed to appear for candidates in the Assistant District Attorney selection process, Department of Law and Prosecution, Chandigarh Administration
  • Represented candidates of the Staff Selection Commission’s Combined Graduate Level Examination in petitions challenging changes to the answer keys, before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court
  • Represented probationers of the Indian Forest Service seeking permission to appear in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2024 and 2025, before the High Court of Delhi and the Central Administrative Tribunal
Criminal Law
  • Representing accused persons before the Special CBI Courts, Rouse Avenue, Delhi in an ongoing trial and in related proceedings before the High Court of Delhi
  • Representing accused persons in proceedings concerning rash and negligent driving
  • Represented the Petitioner before the Supreme Court in a bail application under the NDPS Act concerning the alleged cultivation of 4,115 cannabis plants weighing approximately four quintals
  • Represented the Petitioner in a quashing petition before the High Court of Madras
Tax and Customs
  • Representing clients before the CESTAT Principal Bench in a customs matter concerning the jurisdiction of the DRI to issue show cause notices, and valuation (royalty and transaction value)
  • Representing clients in customs matters before the High Court of Madras
  • Represented exporters of iron ore before the CESTAT Chennai on quantity variations in bulk exports
Public Law
  • Represented a Tibetan born refugee in a writ petition arising out of his application under Section 6(1) of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (citizenship by naturalisation)
  • Drafted a special leave petition for a doctor seeking admission to the Armed Forces Medical College for NEET PG 2025 as a Priority-IV candidate (ex-SSC officers of the AFMS within three years of release from service)
Civil Law
  • Representing the Caveator and Respondents in a special leave petition arising out of a suit for permanent injunction in a land dispute in Madhya Pradesh, before the Supreme Court
  • Represented the Caveator in a special leave petition arising out of Sections 17(1)(a) and (b) of the Registration Act, 1908, before the Supreme Court
Consumer Law
  • Representing clients before the NCDRC in proceedings concerning interest awarded by the State Bank of India
  • Defending a medical practitioner before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in proceedings alleging medical negligence
Family Law
  • Represented the Petitioner-wife in divorce proceedings by mutual consent before the District Court, Chennai
